Floyo compute and growth docket#

Status: Decision log Scope: Managed ComfyUI workflows, separate Partner Node wallet and team/education distribution.

Compute and procurement#

Current published offer: H100 NVL GPUs with 94 GB VRAM back the advertised platform; FloTime charges generation, with editing, loading and idle time described as free. Flex overage is $9/hour, superseding the older $7 snapshot. Named hardware is not proof of purchased GPUs or a named serving provider. Proprietary Partner Nodes use a separate wallet and supplier execution boundary. Pricing and billing definitions.

Acquisition and monetization#

The one-time no-card trial includes 15 minutes FloTime and $1 Partner credit. Individual monthly list prices are Explorer $15, Pathfinder $35 and Trailblazer $89; the page also displays annual-billing equivalents of $12, $28 and $71 with stated annual totals. Included hours are respectively 2, 5 and 14, plus separately allocated Partner credits. Individual plans now have one seat; team credit pools are separate. Storage, concurrency and Pipeline Pages differentiate capacity. No checkout was tested. Current plan boundaries.

The workflow gallery, creator monetization/analytics, browser-to-API endpoints and private shared projects create distribution and repeat-use surfaces. Inference: creators supply useful catalog entries while teams pay to repeat and govern them; no public conversion or payout cohort was established. API product availability does not prove every arbitrary node works safely in production. Company story, API product.

Relationship and reported outcomes#

The company says its founders launched ThinkDiffusion in 2023. Its education page describes older case studies as filmed under the ThinkDiffusion name. These are related products/history, not independent companies whose users or education wins can simply be added. The page reports an 80-person Tokyo hackathon producing 25 films; this is an event outcome, not MAU, paying users or revenue. Education and history.

Implication and unknowns#

The old profile's lower prices, larger included hours and low-cost multiseat assumptions require this correction. Compare generation-only billing, private uploads, realistic node coverage and team terms—not stale tariffs. Provider, hardware title, negotiated costs, utilization, current paid scale and retained cohorts remain unknown. No workload benchmark or procurement contract was obtained.
