RunDiffusion compute and growth docket#
Status: Decision log Scope: RunDiffusion open-tool sessions, Runnit task generation and Juggernaut model distribution are separate boundaries.
2026-10-04 — Models and community alongside two billing products#
Compute and procurement#
Official distinction: RunDiffusion launches dedicated virtual servers for ComfyUI and other open tools, charging active-server duration against a currency balance. Runnit runs curated tasks using tokens. The two products have separate balances and libraries; tokens cannot be converted into session rental funds. A virtual server dedicated to a customer is not evidence of hardware ownership. The inspected sources do not establish a named GPU provider or purchased/leased split. Environment guide.
Acquisition and monetization#
The current pricing page advertises free signup, up to 100 daily tokens and limited storage/retention, followed by Hobby, Pro, Creators Club and team tiers. It displays discounted and list prices with billing/quantity controls; no checkout was tested, so discounted labels must not be quoted as a resolved monthly offer. Paid features include larger libraries, private models/customizations and collaboration. These token offers cannot price an hourly open-tool session. Pricing.
Distribution: the company develops Juggernaut models and reports over 12 million model downloads. Its Juggernaut Flux page names Runware and fal as API access partners; those are model-distribution relationships, not proof they supply RunDiffusion's session GPU fleet. Inference: popular model releases, tutorials and creator community can acquire users across products without recurring free hardware being the sole funnel. Juggernaut Flux.
Reported scale and implication#
The undated company page reports over one million GPU hours, 50 million images, 33,000 Discord members and 500,000 users served across its platforms/services. These are company-reported cumulative or community metrics, not current paid users, MAU or revenue, and the time window is not established. Company page.
Model differentiation and workflow education merit study alongside rental economics. For ComfyICU, compare the session product with persistent rental features and the task product with job-based generation; combining their prices or user counts would mislead. Hardware title, current suppliers, exact session rates, channel conversion, retained customers and audited finances remain unknown in this pass. No workload or checkout was tested.
